Not only did Glenn Rea help us find a house in a great area when posted here from Nova Scotia, but he found us a vet and dog park for our puppy. Plus great restaurants to try.
He was very informative on best areas for resale, location of potential noisy areas or issues with older homes, and was patient as we tried to determine if we wanted a newer home or fixer upper. He even gave us ideas of renos that would increase value in certain neighbourhoods.
He also recommended local lawyers, insurance agents and basically was our “go to guy” for information we needed in our new city. He helped us become more familiar with the city of Kingston and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying s house in Kingston.
