Set your google maps to satellite mode and then type in “679 Summerfield Place”. If you’re looking for a home in the middle of the city, on a cul-de-sac, with a huge park and the Cataraqui Waterway at your back (who isn’t?) you’ll be quite pleased with the image that pops up. Call it country-in-the-city if you like, I just call it perfect. As it turns out this home is pretty near perfect too. When you pull up to the home you’ll note the double car garage and brick exterior. Once inside, you’re greeted by one carpet-free, and bright room after another. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in this side split, a master ensuite, and an updated kitchen with granite. There’s also a living room in the front, a dining room overlooking the park, and a cozy, but still large, family room with brick fireplace and great views of the sunsets in the back. Of course, there’s still an unfinished basement as well as a sizable crawl space for storage. Needs vs Wants. How about both?
