The first thing I noticed when driving up to this spacious, 3 bedroom bungalow was how well maintained the yard and gardens were, and I think it’s fair to say that’s the impression that ended up staying with me as I walked through the entire house. You could move right in, and be quite happy sitting on your two-tiered deck that backs onto Bexley Gate Park. Of course, with a house like this, with it’s good bones, great curb appeal and, central location I think you’d be well rewarded with the effort you put in updating the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. Coming in at under $400k both options make good sense. Either way, you’re getting a really good house with more square footage than most, and that ever elusive “no rear neighbours” backyard. Oh, by the way, the basement’s fully finished with another bedroom and full bathroom, and the garage is double wide too!
