Just 15 minutes to Sharbot Lake, a touch over an hour to Kingston, and 1.5 hours to Ottawa. It’s a four season cabin with a bunkie, a wood shed, a gazebo, and direct access to Bolton Lake. At just under five acres and backing onto 125 acres of untouched common space, there’s plenty of solitude. Use it as a family cottage in the summer and take advantage of the lake, the screened in porch, and gazebo. Light the wood stove in the fall and then get out and enjoy the trails, or head to the other side of the lake where you’ll find over 30,000 acres of untouched crown land. Winter might be its best season though. Snowshoe, cross-country ski, or hop on the ski-doo. Better yet, stay close by and enjoy the fire pit before heading inside for a game of cards and some ‘refreshments’. No matter the season, this hidden gem is the answer for what ails you.
